An in-person coaching session is a dedicated space for you — to pause, reflect, and focus entirely on your growth and wellbeing.
Each session lasts around 60 minutes and is shaped around your goals, challenges, and what matters most to you right now. Whether you're working through a decision, feeling stuck, or seeking clarity and direction, I’ll guide the conversation with intentional questions, gentle challenge, and supportive structure.
This is not therapy or advice-giving — it’s a collaborative process that empowers you to find your own answers, build confidence, and take meaningful action.
In person sessions allow for deeper connection and presence. We meet in a calm, private setting where you can feel grounded, heard, and supported.
